Redesigning...

I wonder just how many versions of these bloody creatures I'll go through before I'm happy. I worked on my essay all yesterday so it was nice to get back to the creative side again. When I did, I realised that I'm not particularly happy with my taker designs. They feel flat and lifeless. Here are some sketches I did this morning to see what was possible. I'm still not sure. I'm also worried that anything with horns, teeth and a tail will resemble the bloody gruffalo too much!
